At The Smile Company, we are committed to providing high-quality dental services with complete transparency in billing. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.


1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to The Smile Company are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

2. Consultation & Appointment Fees

  • Consultation and appointment charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance or cancellation.

3. Treatment Payments

  • Payments made towards any dental treatments, procedures, or packages are non-refundable, whether the treatment has commenced or not.

4. Advance Payments

  • Any advance or booking amount paid to confirm appointments or procedures is non-refundable.

5. Exceptions (If Applicable)

  • Refunds will not be provided, except in rare cases where:
    • A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error
    • A payment was processed incorrectly by the clinic

(Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at the sole discretion of The Smile Company.)
